Everyone knows the importance of washing hands after using the bathroom and other hygiene practices, but not everyone is aware of the importance of using different cleaning equipment in different areas.
For example, you wouldn’t want the cloths that are used to clean the bathroom to also be used to clean your kitchen bench tops. In the food and hygiene industries in particular, extra precautions must be taken to avoid cross contamination. Mops, buckets, brooms, scrubbing brushes, dustpans and cloths should all be used in one designated area, and one area alone.
